Often, quick access to your system is all it takes to solve a problem. We use the free TeamViewer software to access a device or server securely and with encryption.

We offer remote support via TeamViewer. Our technicians can establish a connection to your computer over the internet within seconds.

  • epos remote maintenance is available to you from Monday to Friday between 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00, and also by prior arrangement.
    Remote maintenance is limited to a maximum of 60 minutes .

  • We charge EUR 139 per hour, including VAT .
