Information about the warranty coverage of your devices
No matter where you bought your Apple device – we'll take care of it. We're in direct contact with Apple and, of course, repair your device exclusively with genuine Apple parts.
With a repair time of only 3 to 4 working days, we are among the fastest in Vorarlberg. Express repairs are also possible for some repair cases.

Information about coverage through AppleCare+
With AppleCare+, you can extend your warranty to up to three years . AppleCare+ also covers repairs or replacements for accidental damage, subject to a deductible. Learn more here .
FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a repair take?
Repairs typically take 3-4 business days. In rare cases, the repair is handled directly by Apple and then takes 5-7 days. Should the repair time change in your case, we will contact you immediately.
Will I receive a loaner device for the duration of the repair?
If you would like a loaner device, please feel free to contact us and reserve one.
Will my device be repaired or replaced?
Whether a replacement is necessary or your device can be repaired will be decided individually on a case-by-case basis. iPads and Apple Watches are always replaced as a matter of principle.
Do I need an appointment?
No – just bring your defective device to one of our shops.
Our staff will take care of everything and forward your device to our technical center. From there, you will be informed about the status of your repair via email or SMS. An appointment is only necessary for express repairs.

No appointment necessary, it's easy : Drop off your Apple device for repair at one of our three epos branches in Vorarlberg – from there it goes directly to our technology center.

The first branch of the oldest Apple retailer in all of Austria has been able to call its location in Götzis its home since 1996.
Consulting, sales, training and service ( epos Technology Center ): Everything from a single source. Our shop, technology center and the training rooms of the epos learning workshop can be found at the yarn market.

Opened in 2009, the epos branch in the Messepark is our location in the Unterland region.
In our store at Messepark, you'll receive expert advice on all Apple products, in addition to making purchases. You can also register for training courses or drop off and pick up defective devices for repair.

Our newest branch is located in Zimbapark. Since 2010, our sales team in Bürs has been advising you, accepting your service orders, conducting equipment training, and providing support and assistance. You can also drop off and pick up your defective devices for repair here.
