For minor issues, you can always visit one of our three epos branches, and a member of staff will be happy to assist you. Whether it's an update, a restore, data transfer, or questions about the software, our staff will know the solution.
- Bring your Apple device to one of our three epos stores.
- For minor software problems, a member of staff will be available to assist you.
- In case of major problems or a hardware defect, we will gladly include your device in the service process of our technical center.
- If you have questions about your Apple device or simply want to get more out of it, ourFace2Face one-on-one training is just right for you.
Immediate Face-to-Face Help
Do you have specific questions about features like accessibility, family sharing, iCloud, the Apple Pencil, or backups? Then our personal face-to-face training is just what you need.
- A Face2Face session is a personal, one-on-one training session held for you on your own device in one of our 3 branches.
- Our Face2Face Coaches offer you help and support with your Apple product – even if you didn't buy it from us.
- In just 30 or 60 minutes you'll learn everything you can get out of your device.
- It's best to write down a list beforehand of the most important questions you want to ask your coach.
Immediate support via remote maintenance
Some problems don't require an in-person appointment and can be resolved quickly and easily via remote support. Our team will be happy to advise you on which solution best suits your needs.
- Our technicians can establish a connection to your computer via the internet within seconds.
- You can use epos remote maintenance from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 by prior arrangement.
- We charge a flat rate of €139 (gross) for 60 minutes of remote support. The price will be adjusted for shorter durations.
- Using epos remote maintenance is very easy. If you need technical support, simply call our technical department at 05523 57777.

Would you prefer to use our service at your home? No problem – our field service representatives will gladly come by and find a solution. Whether it's network setup, printers, iCloud, device training or backups – we're here for you.

The first branch of the oldest Apple retailer in all of Austria has been able to call its location in Götzis its home since 1996.
Consulting, sales, training and service ( epos Technology Center ): Everything from a single source. Our shop, technology center and the training rooms of the epos learning workshop can be found at the yarn market.

Opened in 2009, the epos branch in the Messepark is our location in the Unterland region.
In our store at Messepark, you'll receive expert advice on all Apple products, in addition to making purchases. You can also register for training courses or drop off and pick up defective devices for repair.

Our newest branch is located in Zimbapark. Since 2010, our sales team in Bürs has been advising you, accepting your service orders, conducting equipment training, and providing support and assistance. You can also drop off and pick up your defective devices for repair here.
