What is Face2Face?

A Face2Face session is a 30- to 60-minute, personally conducted one-on-one training session on your own Apple device at your preferred epos branch or, if you prefer, at your home!

Cost:
30 minutes: €49
60 minutes: €98

How does it work?

  • Registration
    Simply register and your Face2Face Coach will call you to arrange an appointment.
  • Note down questions
    It's best to write down all the questions you want to ask your Face2Face Coach beforehand.
  • Wherever you want
    The individual training takes place at your preferred epos branch or even at your home.
  • Apple device
    Please bring your own Apple device(s) to the appointment.
  • 30 to 60 minutes
    In 30- to 60-minute sessions, we will answer your questions and show you everything you can get out of your Apple device.
  • Only for you
    Face2Face offers you help and support after the purchase of your Apple product - even if it wasn't purchased from epos!

Note: We reserve a full hour for each face-to-face appointment to ensure you have ample time with our coaches. If you only need 30 minutes, you will only be charged for those 30 minutes!
