Smart Phone System for Businesses

For many companies, telephony remains a central tool in everyday life – but at the same time, it is often one of the least modernized. Together with our client xander architektur zt gmbh, we were able to demonstrate how classic accessibility, mobile working, and Apple workstations can be sensibly combined into a contemporary solution.

The result: a flexible, cloud-based telephony solution from epos that integrates seamlessly into existing workflows – without technical hurdles or extensive maintenance.

Starting point: Telephony no longer suitable for the work style

As in many companies, the previous telephone system was installed locally in the office and heavily tied to individual devices. Telephony worked – but only at the desk.

In modern everyday work, this quickly proved to be a limitation:

  • no sensible use on iPhone or Mac
  • limited accessibility outside the office
  • little flexibility for changes or growth

The desire was clear: a solution that grows with the company – not the other way around.

Together, we implemented a telephony solution that integrates discreetly but effectively into daily life. Phone calls arrive exactly where they are needed: at the Mac workstation, on the iPhone, or on a classic office phone.

This specifically means:

  • unified phone numbers – no matter which device is currently being used
  • seamless interaction with Apple hardware
  • clear structures for employees, even with multiple extensions

More freedom in everyday life – without technical effort

A major advantage of the new solution lies in its effortlessness: employees continue to make calls as usual – just more flexibly. Calls can be answered in the office, continued on the go, or handled on the Mac, without having to change processes.

New employees or adjustments can be implemented quickly and easily. No server room, no complex maintenance, and no ongoing support from an internal IT department are required.
