Our technicians connect to your Mac, take care of your request – you can watch, ask questions, or just relax.

Remote support is available weekdays from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM (or by arrangement), limited to a maximum of 60 minutes, and costs EUR 159.00 per hour including VAT.
