Not necessarily.
For quick evaluations, you can simply drop by. If you want to avoid waiting times or have a more complex request, an appointment is advisable.
Both work. We'll adapt to you.
Warranty is legally mandated. It applies if a device had a defect from the outset – meaning something isn't working as it should. The retailer from whom the device was purchased is always responsible. The primary goal is repair or replacement, free of charge.
Guarantee is an additional promise, usually from the manufacturer. It covers specific defects but follows its own rules: what, for how long, and under what conditions.
In short:
Warranty is obligatory.
Guarantee is a bonus.
And we'll help you find out what really applies in your case.
Apple's manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. These are things you can't be held responsible for.
What it doesn't cover: accidental damage.
Dropped. Coffee spilled. Bag tipped over.
That's not a defect – that's everyday life. And that's exactly what AppleCare+ is for.
AppleCare+ is an extension of the Apple warranty. Depending on the product, it is valid for two or three years and covers significantly more.
The most important difference:
AppleCare+ also covers accidental damage – such as screen breakage or liquid damage. In addition, you get extended technical support, meaning direct access to Apple experts for software and system questions.
AppleCare+ is not mandatory. But it makes many things easier if something happens.
Yes – but only with AppleCare+!
Such damage is considered accidental and can be repaired or replaced. A service fee will apply, the amount of which depends on the device.
Without AppleCare+, these repairs are usually elaborate and costly.
Within the service period, you can claim services multiple times. AppleCare+ is not a one-time ticket, but continuous protection – each with a service fee per incident.
For the iPhone, there is also AppleCare+ with Theft & Loss as an option – with clearly defined limits.
Batteries are covered by AppleCare+ if their capacity significantly diminishes.
For iPads, Apple Pencil and Apple Keyboards are also included for accidental damage, provided they are part of the AppleCare+ plan. We always check exactly what's included – and let you know upfront.
Normally about 3 business days.
Some repairs may only be performed by Apple itself and must therefore be sent in. This process can take 5-7 business days. Of course, we will keep you updated on the repair status at all times.
That depends on the damage.
Some defects can be repaired cleanly. In other cases, a replacement device is the better solution.
Apple provides clear guidelines here – we implement them in a way that is sensible and fair for you.
Loaner devices are not automatically provided and depend on availability and type of device.
Talk to us – we’ll openly tell you what's possible.
That can happen – depending on the type of defect. That's why we always recommend: Always make a backup beforehand!
We will handle your device with care.
But data is too important to leave to chance.
No.
We'll also help you even if your device was purchased elsewhere. The only decisive factor is what coverage you have – warranty or AppleCare+. Only warranty claims are exclusively against the retailer from whom the device was purchased. We carefully review each case and discuss the next steps with you.
Yes – but only within a limited period after purchase. After that, it is no longer possible to subscribe.
We will check for you whether this is still possible for your device – and whether it makes sense.
Because warranty and AppleCare+ only set the framework.
What matters is the execution.
As an Apple Premium Partner, we work exclusively with original parts, according to Apple's strictest specifications – and with experience since 1996.
We know the generations. The peculiarities. And the shortcuts you have to earn first.
Or, to put it simply:
We'll take care of it. Before it stops you.
