Hardware damage is bad enough. That's why we make everything else as easy as possible for you: The process, the decisions, and the next steps. Choose your device and find out how easily we can get it working for you again.

  • iPhone

    • Here's how your iPhone repair works step-by-step:

    1. If possible, back up all data from your iPhone. (How to do it)
    2. Then, deactivate "Find My" (How to do it)
    3. After that, simply visit one of our three epos stores.
    4. On site, an epos employee will record your iPhone and your error description.
    5. Your iPhone will then go to our epos Tech Center, and you will receive ongoing updates via email and SMS about the status of your service order.
    6. Depending on the damage, your iPhone will be repaired or replaced.
    7. As soon as your iPhone is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email or SMS.

    Duration of your iPhone repair

    Typically, iPhone repairs take about three business days.
    If you're in a particular hurry, for many types of damage, you can also arrange an appointment for an express repair. You can find out exactly how express repairs work here.

  • iPad

    • Here's how your iPad repair works step-by-step:

    1. If possible, back up all data on your iPad. (Here's how)
    2. Then deactivate the "Find My" feature. (Here's how)
    3. After that, simply visit one of our three epos stores.
    4. An epos employee will take your iPad along with your fault description on site.
    5. Your iPad will then go to our epos Technical Center and you will receive ongoing updates via email and SMS regarding the status of your service order.
    6. Your iPad will usually be replaced.
      Note: iPads are mostly replaced completely. For selected models, a display replacement is also possible. This is exclusively performed by Apple itself and takes 5-7 business days.
    7. As soon as your iPad is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email or SMS.

    Duration of your iPad repair

    The replacement of your iPad usually takes three to five business days.
  • Mac & MacBook

    • This is how your Mac or MacBook repair works step by step:

    1. If possible, back up all data from your Mac. (Here's how)
    2. Then, disable "Find My". (Here's how)
    3. After that, simply visit one of our three epos branches.
    4. On-site, an epos employee will register your Mac with your description of the fault.
    5. Your Mac will then go to our epos Tech Center, and you will receive ongoing updates via email and SMS about the status of your service order.
    6. Depending on the damage, your Mac will be repaired or replaced.
    7. As soon as your Mac is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or SMS.

    Duration of your Mac repair

    A Mac repair usually takes about three business days.
    For many repairs, you also have the option to schedule an appointment for an express repair.

  • Apple Watch

    • Here's how your Apple Watch repair proceeds step-by-step:

    1. If possible, back up all data from your Apple Watch. (Here's how)
    2. Disable "Find My" search. (Here's how)
    3. After that, visit one of our three epos branches.
    4. On-site, an epos employee will record your Apple Watch and your fault description.
    5. Your Apple Watch will then be sent directly to Apple via our epos Technical Center. There, depending on the damage, it will either be repaired or completely replaced.
    6. You will receive ongoing information via email and SMS regarding the status of your service order.
    7. As soon as your Apple Watch is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email or SMS.

    Duration of your Apple Watch repair

    The repair or replacement of an Apple Watch typically takes five to seven business days.
  • Accesories

    • Here's how your accessory repair works step-by-step:

    1. Visit one of our three epos stores.
    2. On-site, an epos employee will record the details of your accessory and your fault description.
    3. Your accessory will then go to our epos Tech Center, and you will receive ongoing information via email and SMS regarding the status of your service order.
    4. Depending on the damage, your accessory will be repaired or replaced.
    5. As soon as your accessory is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email or SMS.

    Duration of your accessory repair

    Typically, the repair or replacement of your accessory takes approximately three business days.
