While we repair your device, you can simply borrow another iPhone, iPad or Mac for a fixed price. So that your daily life doesn't have to take a vacation.
Is your everyday companion in service with us? Then you'll still be ready for action.
For a fixed price of only € 29,– you get a loaner iPhone. For € 39,– an iPad. For € 59,– a Mac.
And that's for the entire repair duration. No matter how long it takes us.
No hourly billing.
No extension fee.

Here you get personal advice on all Apple products, can book training courses or drop off defective devices for repair and pick them up again. In short: everything you need when technology is part of your everyday life.
And because Messepark is more than just shopping, your visit to epos can be easily combined with other activities – with a coffee, an errand, or a spontaneous detour in between.
Since 2010, you can also find Epos in Zimbapark. Our team will advise you personally, accept service orders, and assist you with training for your devices – calmly, understandably, and on an equal footing.
