Your tasks

• Setting up and configuring iMacs, MacBooks, iPads & Co. at customer locations
• Data transfers and basic settings
• Setting up Wi-Fi routers, printers, and backups
• Direct customer contact on-site – you are the friendly face of epos
   

Who we are looking for

• HTL graduate, IT apprentice, or motivated career changer with a strong interest in technology
• Basic understanding of Mac and Apple devices
• Enjoy working with people
• Independent, reliable way of working
• Driver's license B

More important than certificates to us are: motivation, willingness to learn, and a professional demeanor with customers.
