With AppleCare+, you get optimal service for your iPad, Apple Pencil, and iPad Keyboard from Apple—with up to two years of expert technical support and hardware protection, including up to two repairs for accidental damage within 12 months. Each repair is subject to a service fee of €49 for the iPad and €29 for the Apple Pencil or iPad Keyboard. Coverage begins on the date you purchase AppleCare+. The benefits of AppleCare+ are separate from the consumer's statutory rights in Austria under the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) to receive a free repair, replacement, discount, or refund from the retailer within two years of receiving the product if the purchased product does not conform to the sales contract at the time of delivery.
